I am writing to express our sincere gratitude for the efficiency and professionalism in handling of Rex Ah-One’s recent claim with Tal. The claim is related to Rex Ah-One going through major brain surgery to remove a meningioma tumour. Life has its issues, and sometimes we take our frustrations out on others because of issues we cannot talk about going on in the background, financial burden makes life ten times worse, and for us personally that has been difficult. I am so grateful and so impressed with Brett and Rukshin, their professionalism dealing with us over the phone, sorting the paperwork throughout his procedure and I cannot say thank you enough for their support and help throughout the entire process to the final settlement.
